Donation Acceptance Guidelines
|
| |

|
Some restrictions
apply due to health and sanitation concerns, and the fact that the Foodbank
follows many of the same guidelines as a commercial food distributor.
Restrictions include:
- No open containers where the food is
exposed to the air, or spilling or leaking out of the package.
- Product must be labeled, or donor
must provide complete ingredient information for the Foodbank to
create labels.
- As a general rule, no product more
than 90 days past the expiration date can be accepted.
